Prateek Group scams by forcing the flat owners to pay more than the committed price at booking time. They have added extra 12% GST at the time of booking whereas the price quoted at booking included GST. Prateek Group considers themselves above law and govt, since as per govt norms, they can claim a maximum of 5% GST. So, I would not recommend to buy any flats from Prateek Group as they do not follow the govt norms and unnecessarily extra charge at possession time.
